When the property is reserved for you, we will assist you further in the administrative processing. Our notary and lawyer ensure a 100% safe handling of the legal process, this includes, among other things, obtaining the necessary legal documents, translating the various bills etc...
We can also help you to request a NIE number (identification number for foreigners), opening a Spanish bank account or applying for a mortgage.
We can also assist you with the design of your home, from composing a furniture package to choose additional devices. If you wish, the installation can be fully managed by us.
Before the keys are handed over a final cleaning and check-up will be perfomed. Handing over the keys is to seal the successful collaboration.
